VODACOM HAVE STILL NOT CANCELLED MY CONTRACT!!!!! - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have tried to cancel TWO of my contracts since August 2020 FOR 0662738637 and 0662738715. I received reference numbers 1-3473274392. I had to phone cancellations AGAIN on 13/10/2020 and was promised a refund of the money that is STILL being debited to my account .
New reference 5803519986. I just received my new bill from Vodacom and i am STILL being debited and STILL no refund. This is THEFT!!!! I have even tried writing mails to 'cancel***@vodacom.co.za' but have had NO response. You can call me on my main number which is 0649064709

My sister had a similar issue not too long ago where for months on end she was fighting with them and then eventually she went to the CPA (Consumer Protection Act) and logged the issue with them

They then stepped in and forced Vodacom to cancel the contract and refund the full amount that they had been deducting from the moment of request to cancel.
