No access to internet every month - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeEvery month end, I loose connection on internet (Fibre line), I call every month end and wait 4 days to get reconnected... It's a reoccurring problem... And it's not getting sorted. I have thus far lost a total of 12 days in 3 months. But I pay on time. This is not fair. I am tired and vele I will port. But for now since I have paid, please sort it. SR number 210403-414326 (previous ones SR210206-167816 and SR210302-274013). I am tired,i can't live like this... Urgently sort
