It is sad that your brand is surviving political interference few months back but some of Clicks shop staff don't have energy to make your brand one of the best in pharmacy.

Monday 28-12-2020 I received a very bad attitude at Clicks Theku Plaza Newcastle as I was asking a lady where can I get Phipps for my newly born child and I was ignored even when I was repeating myself louder.

Its unfortunate most staff at the shop had no name tags including her so I couldn't get her name even when I asked for it.

If this brand is planning to operate with such individual it's a shame.

A guy next to her assisted me fortunately.

I dont think I'll enter that shop again.

Shop manager at that shop must address the importance of quality customer service and name tags to be put on cos no name tag disrespect the company policy itself and who we are.
