Taking my money without processing my order - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

I've been a loyal customer to food panda, however, these past few days I tried placing an order using my Paypal. After paying, there's a prompt that would say the collection was successful but when I tried to check my order, there's no live order. I can't chat any support since you can only do that if you have a live order. This is so frustrating because it happened thrice and I did not even get my money back. Tried reaching out via messenger but food panda's support is very poor. It took them hours to respond only saying the same thing that is was refunded and in 14 days it will be credited back in Paypal account. It's been more than 14 days since my last order but my money isn't refunded yet. I can't even get somebody like a real human being talk to me over the phone about this matter. Please resolve this issue. I'm extremely unsatisfied.
