Packages are Not Moving at All - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I sent my package Aug 5 in one of LBC branch here in Cebu city. The delivery date is Aug 8,bound for Bantayan Island.
I ordered in Lazada Aug 4 then showed it was sent to LBC on Aug 6. It is already Aug 21 the status of both packages is en route to Bantayan.
I had a chat with your rep last week, says it willbe delivered on that week.
Last Tuesday I had a chat again with one of your reps she said I have to wait 8-12 days. She cannot give me any other information.
Lex PH of Lazada can move the packages immediately. What about you?
Those are medicines for an old woman. My mother does not have her meds because you failed to deliver.
It has been almost 3 weeks.
The worst part is you cannot even tell your customers who are relying on your services and paying for your services what happened why you were not able to deliver.
Your chat reps are just like chat bots.
This is pandemic and you are not helping, you are making people more stressed, hopeless, helpless whatever.

Nenakaw ung package namin ang laman ipad,hindi nakarating sa pinapadalhan.senend ung package noong August 3,ngtaka kami bakit hindi pa naedeliver tinatrack namin dala2 ng delivery team sa Cabuyao Upper,Laguna..hanggang nawala..sa ngayon e track namin sabi pa narecv na hindi naman,bkit kayo mgnakaw hindi naman sa inyo yan..
