I am dissatisfied with the poor quality of your appliances sold to me.
I bought a Defy water dispenser double door fridge metallic grey, Surprisingly within 7 months of purchase i was forced to call for repairs. One of your technicians did arrive and fixed what needed to be fixed then.
To fast forward my challenges, 6 months later the very same function stopped working again during lockdown level 5. till date i cannot use that facility. Now even your 0861008861 number is not useful at this phase of lockdown. I believe so.
Mind you, back in December 2018 I bought an Eldbo queen size be cash worth R6500 at stanger central branch.
Mid 2019 i went on and bought this problematic fridge cash R5000, Stanger Plaza.
Then in December 2019 i opened an account with Same Ok furniture which i purchased a Thermofan Defy four plate black stove on account worth R6500.
This is worrying me since my service personnel and the branch have been closed and I happen to be an orphan with a non working dispenser.
