Fraud - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeSomeone took out a new phone/contract and accidental cover on my name. The socument show that this person used my details to complete the vorm but there is no signatures and no copy of ID, yet the deal was put through. This took place in October 2020. Vodacom deducted the payments from Oct 2020- Jan 202. They have since removed the new contract but is still deducting money for the accidental cover which I stated in my fraud dispute and affidavite. The money has not yet been refunded and the Fraud department does not reply on.emails, their phone is either just ringing or is busy and no one has contacted me. The person at customer care reported to me that it shows on thwir system that the matter has been resolved but it hasn't! I have reference numbers.
