Paxi service and Pep incompetent staff - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORESHi sent a parcel to Eesteriver via Wynberg store but the cashier entered my number incorrectly so I never received the text with the tracking number that was on the 31 May 2020 the recipient hasn't receive collection text either. Please help I'm extremely furious and frustrated. I sent umpteen emails to Paxi and yourselves to no reply.
