Pep cashier refused to do a Pexi for me and said it was offline when it was not offline - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

On the 24th of April 2021 I went Pep at Park central JHB Noord area. I wanted use Paxi services in order to send some stuff home at KZN Greytown. Firstly when entering the store I asked if the service was working and one employee said yes it was working, i decided to buy some items as well and i queued to pay for the items and also pay for the Pexi a cashier called Lerato assisted me, her attitude was bad she was extremely rude and refused to do a Paxi sell for me and said it was offline i told her the other lady said it was working then she asked me for a Store number where the items are gonna be delivered too, I said i dnt have it and ive always used Paxi services with just the address and my ID document. She got really rude and said i was wasting her time because the Paxi was gonna take more time since she was gonna search the store to be delivered too and the line was long. I told her to please do it she did proceed to do it an it was fine not offline as she said initially, i had to buy a second plastic bag as the items where alot, again she got angry en said that there is no space for the second plastic while i could see that the shelves where still available and asked to process my Paxi. She delayed me and really offered poor en rude service. I got out upset, angry and really disappointed by the service that Lerato gave me. Please take necessary steps to discipline her as her behaivor was not acceptable. I have been a loyal en supportive customer for PEP for many many years this was not acceptable.
