1. I had to cancel a fibre relocation due to poor services as it had been 2 months and my fibre was not moved. The cancellation is still not completed and i'm still getting debited for it.

2. I returned a cellphone because i was not happy with the deal, that cancellation hasnt been completed either and im still getting billed. All youe agents put me on hold and drop my calls. I have called 3 times today and all calls get dropped!
