Vodacom - Head OfficeHow inconsiderate is it for Vodacom to make such online policies not knowing the living conditions of their customers. I’ve been using Vodacom for as long as I remember and I’ve been able to upgrade online and receive my package with no hassle, my last online upgrade was in March 2019. With that being said I’m not the account holder, my father is but I was a able to receive and sign for the phone but now all of a sudden it’s a struggle, the delivery attempt was done on the 25th March 2021 whereas the online upgrade was confirmed on the 12th of January. I do not live with my parent, to make it worse he lives in a different province so please tell me what needs to happen now ? Cancel my order after waiting for over 2months only to wait again for the next coming months ? Why did Vodacom accept my online upgrade at first place if this is the policy because the order was not placed by the account holder himself but by me the non account holder on my Vodacom App. Now my phone is sitting at the RAM couriers with no communication whatsoever, I can’t even track my order.
