2 months without fridge and no update from store - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Bradlows - Head OfficeI reported a faulty fridge to bradlows in esikhawini 2 months ago which i bought in November 2018 Cash. On the day I reported they said i will receive an sms than they will come fix it in my house. I had to wait for 3 weeks just to receive their sms!! And i also had to wait for another 3 weeks after receiving the sms. All this process the store is not communicating with me and i don’t have a fridge sad part! I then took an initiative to go to the store to find out what’s going on. To my surprise when i got into the store they told me they are going to give me a new one so i had to choose the same model from the catalogue. First they asked me to wait for area manager to authorize the process, I waited the whole week. The saddest part there is no communication with me i keep on making myself a fool by going to the store. The manager is not concerned or whatsoever. Last week they said they are waiting for the stock to date there is no update from them and it’s becoming unbearable!
