Poor Customer service - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Ive been a loyal customer of lbc since I have an online business. This is the first time that I was not satisfied and been furious. I was supposed to pick up more or less 8 parcels for my business at 330 PM today but was told to come back tomorrow since it's already cut off.
I tried asking for consideration since my vacant time to pick up my deliveries was just now since I am working and at the same time full time mom with no help and running a small business. But the person at the counter just said "yun lng cut off na kasi bukas na lng po." Then, I also explained that I had to travel 30min just to get there but the man which I believed was in charge of getting the packages to be shipped said that," madami dyan galing din sa malayo na nakapila." I understand that its cut off time yes but they have to be polite enough to refuse my request. They can say naman, "sorry po maam cut off na po kasi. Balik na lng po kau bukas."
Well I rest my case, I am in at the point of making a decision whether to continue using your service. I have been unsatisfied and humiliated for the first time with a bad customer service.
