No exchange on TV set - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

We purchased a TV set in Feb 2020 Samsung at an OK store in Stanger. This particular TV set I admit was checked in store and we were satisfied with condition. Fast forward to July we found an in mark on tv. It kept spreading until TV was not playing. We took TV set to shop n they immediately said no guarantee or warranty on cracks caused by ourselves.
My argument to management is that this is not due to our fault because at no point did the TV fall or get hit. The TV has a protector over it and I cannot see how a TV mounted on the wall would be hit by adults. So I asked how the guy at the shop can tell something hit the screen by just looking why can't he get it investigated. This they say we must pay for and it's worrisome as we paid cash for a TV and now we want a clear indication of what happened to the TV and believe they(store) manager cannot just look at it and determine its our fault. We need the store to provide proof if if it was hit by getting technicians to look at it.
