SLOW PROCESSING OF CANCELATION AND REFUND - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc.On July 27, i paid an amount 1500 , on aug 7, 2020 an converge representative went to our area to check the availability for the internet. But he say that my area is difficult to install the internet or should i say not available in my area?. So i decided to cancel my application but the converge is very poor in service, they not respond to our complain, Sept.5,2020 i call them, and follow up may refund they told me that ineed first to cancel my application before the refund, but ihave many email about my cancellation ., and i call again on Oct13 to follow up again, they need my requirements to cancel my application, but i already give in Email , they say i need to wait the text from LBC but till now No text, and update, and also my status is still "NO POLE ATTACHMENT" ITS HOLD ..., please help us to solve this problem
