Bus Late and Attitude of the Driver very bad - Consumer Complaint for Translux - Head Office

Meant to be travelling by CitytoCity at 23h55pm on the 26th May 2021.Bus late by 1.3hr arrived at 01h30.When kept on asking at the office he said they are not pocking up their phones.Travelling from Bloemfontein to Mthatha.Driver is not a nice person and giving us attitude and being rude.No apology or sense of urgency.The way he answers is very appauling.
