Sim card RICA - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Yesterday I bought a cellphone @ Pepcell in Tsakane Mall and asked the assistant there to just Rica my sim card as I will want to use it to port my current number to the new sim. Later in the day I tried porting my number and the sim was not registered when I called cell cand they advised me to buy a new sim register it. I today went to PepHome bought a new sim again sim was not Registered. Now I have to go back and register again. Totally disappointed with service from Pep
