Opening and to be seated - Consumer Complaint for Ocean Basket - Head Office

I came 11:50 at ocean basket in the grove mall pretoria. All the chairs still on the table they are still cleaning and moping the restaurant they tell me they are opening at 12 o'clock. I took a walk came back at 12 they are still busy moping and taking chairs off the tables. The 1 guy ask if we want to come in i said yes.. He saif we opening at 12 i said it is already 12:05..he went to the other guy who i believe is the manager and this guy order me from the counter to sit outside. He didn't even ask where i would like to sit. And that is poor poor service.
