LBC please fix your delivery system. It's taking so long and your staff doesn't even know how to respond appropriately and professionally. My package was received in your SM Hypermarket-Antipolo hub last Sept. 25. Your tracking update shows that it was routed in Upper Laguna Delivery hub the next day. Nothing follows since then. I'm still waiting for it to this day. I can't believe that it will take so long for an item to be shipped from Antipolo to Cabuyao, Laguna. Your website shows that delivery should be within 4-5 days only. Anong petsa na?
