Hi,
This is very terrible experience from an internet provider name CONVERGE ICT. Very annoying and very poor service in all aspects.
July 2020, I applied for an internet connection. After making a payment in early August 2020, there are people who checked our location and said that the application is subject to approval. After that first and last conversation, no feedback was received, no emails or phone calls. They are very active to follow up on the payment and after the fucking payment has been done they will stop calling applicants to follow up or at least update us about the application. The service was very poor. They are only after the payment, they don't care for your application, and most especially your refund request. They took you for granted and now it is already 7 months and this is my 3rd request on this site and they keep on sending you an acknowledgment email asking for your damn information which was already made multiple times.
