Dishonesty - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

On the 15th of February 2021,me and my wife went to bradlows in ALBERTON to open an account after been asked to do re application for the the whole week,on the 18th February 2021,the application was approved for 40k,and we paid the required deposit, on the 20th the store told us that our application is now been declined we must re-apply for the sixth time while waiting for processing it came back and was now giving us the credit for 33k,which now is requiring for a higher deposit, can you please look into the matter because we are very unhappy about the entire conduct of the head office or credit control,we want to continue with our initial agreement.
