Wrongful information - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I bought a data bundle for international roaming on the Vodacom app and it did not work for roaming. I contacted vodacom and requested a refund or a conversion of that amount to airtime and I receive a simple SMS saying that "vodacom does not refund the date your purchased as for bundles do not have roaming data on the app". However, your app has a workstream that take me/allows me to buy data bundle through an international roaming entry point (see ppt attached), which is misleading. I would therefore ask you to review your decision on my request and also that you update your app so that other people are not mis-leadded.
