Sim card number suspended - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Please note my cell number has been suspended and i was told to visit vodacom in order for them to assist me, i visited the vodacom store in Krugersdorp, Cradle Stone Mall,twice already with no luck, at the vodacom store i was told to do a sim swap to fix the problem, i was then charged for sim swap that did not even solve my problem. i then tried to contact vodacom call center and i was told that i must go to the store again to do RICA, when i got to the store they told me that i cannot do RICA i have to visit vodacom head office since they are a branch, what a waste of time and staff that do not know they job.

Please let me know what I should do in order for me to activate this sim card

I have to spend R400 in petrol money to go to the nearest branch for the same problem. Wonder why the CEO is not stepping in. The incompetence, arragsnce and unempathic staff deserve to be fired. EXCO please step in. Look at Hello Peter and see how your customers are being abused.
