Sound bar woofer not connecting to sound bar via Bluetooth - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought this jvc sound bar 2 weeks ago and now the subwoover does not want to connect to the sound bar. I tried every trick i googled and still does not wana connect. It only flashes green and red light. What should i do, its been 3 days trying to connect.
