Shocking service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have spent 3 days waiting for my contract to be approved by a "supervisor" that no one can contact. I have had shocking service from Watercrest mall branch staff. Speaking to one another about me in front of me. Telling me over and over that this is taking too long and I must come back the next day.The manager stood and watched me tell the consultant that I was not happy with the service and he did nothing about it. Absolutely disgusting service. The consultant even told me to use my own cellphone and airtime to call a supervisor and that she can do nothing to assist me. She even preceded to tell me how long her day has been and that she doesn't know what to do. When I demanded to speak to a manager on DAY 3!!!! I was given long stories. The two lady consultants in store laughed because I was angry. I am absolutely appauled at vodacom and the service I have been provided. They have wasted my time and money! I am disgusted with the service of the store and Vodacom in its entirety.
