No response to WiFi Repair - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

For months we have been having wifi speed issues, which we have been addressing via a third party. 3 days ago the line speed got so bad that we had to approach vodacom directly. Since then, we have only heard that the issue will be escalated, with no feedback or resolve. Last night at 5pm the wifi completely disappeared. Again, we have called numerous times, being told it will be escalated, with no feedback or result. This is now affecting our income and livelihood and we would like to escalate it from our side as nobody is willing to help us.
