I have an insurance for my two phones. On the 9th of March I was in a taxi coming from dialysis going back home. In our town we're having taxi violence. We were told to get off the taxi by another taxi association or they'll shoot then we came out running and when I arrived at home, there were no phones I went for a claim at the mall. 1.one phone has insurance the other one hasn't got insurance. 2.your insurance has been canceled because you've been taking out Sim cards on the phone.
Note:I took the contract phones from GAME STORE I asked them if I can use my Sim cards on the phones they said to me any Sim for any network..... I took the Sim cards out of the phone from day1 and put my old Sim cards. The insurance deducted money every month out of my account. Today I have a problem claiming from the insurance provider. Everything was done, affidavit, ITC and Case number. Why did you continue taking my money knowing that you won't help me? You were suppose to stop it the first time you see that I'm taking my Sim cards out!!!!!
