I upgrade online and talk to them by phone. I wanted a H40 rock Hisense was in the Vodacom catalog. Sorry Sir we don't have but we DO HAVE H40 INFINTY. I settle for it. And for the kids. WE DO HAVE 2 x H40 LITE.You will get them in 5-7 working days.Phone them asking where is the phones. Sorry Sir on back order we will get them by Friday you will have them on Monday. Still no phones. Phone again sorry still on back order.Why all the lays and poor service must i keep up with it or move on to the next service provider being with Vodacom for more than 20 years.Best part is asking to talk with an supervisor and they can not get hold of one. They will call you asap Sir. I am still waiting for that call and my phones, going for 20 days now. That is the service we get from the leading cellphone provider. Hope you look into this matter.
