CHRONIC SCRIPT - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

My Doctor gave me a script for 12 months for Duotrav as according to him Covid allows him too. Clicks Nigel refused to load it saying Doctors cannot make new rules as they have their rules How can they alter my script to 6 months
