Purchased a new phone cash - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I went to tambotie mall to purchase a phone wasnt in stock so they ordered it for me so the got it and phoned me to collect upon arriving i had to take a ticket and wait i told them im just coming to collect phone u just phoned me so they said i have to wait 1 person was busy with a customer she was the one i had to wait for shopwas otherwise empty after an hour i got angry cuz 3 employees stood outside the shop an smoked ciggarettes 2 other ladies in shop also employees were just standing around doing nothing and there was a guy that was the manager inside the shop he saw whats going on but was busy playing around on his phone do u mean to tell me all these guys cant help me i must wait an hour just to collect my phone that i paid upfront for thats the service u get at that branch so after an hour waiting is said loudly can one of u standing around not help me why must i wait for that certain employee thats busy and then only then they asked me why i was there i told them collect my phone thats already paid for thats all in 5 min time someone got my phone o signed documents and was gone why could those ppl not help me from the start i told them im nvr ever doing business with them again
