Cancellation of my contracts - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeSeptember I asked for the qoutation so that i can cancel my contrats, then after i paid and sent the prove of payment together with the signed qoutation, I did not get any communication fron vodacom..I have being calling vodacom and it has being months now they are always saying they are logging a call with the back office but still i am not getting any assistant..Saturday I called they said theyvare logging a call a emergency they will call me within 48 hours but still have not received any communication.I am not happy with vodacom cistomer service, I paid alot of money but you guys didnt cancel my contract instead your sending me invoices, u will end up saying i am owing you money that i dont know about...Please fix this cause i am busy calling but vodacom is not assisting at all.my ID no is 9306250825084 you can contact me on 068 538 5614..you can send me your email adress so that i can attach all the documents.Also the check the records of how many times i called vodacom and what was the response i got.
