No internet and no resolution - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Its been 2 weeks now since we lost our internet connection. Converge has been giving us the runaround and just keeps saying that there is no update from their technician. Its impossible to not even reach their repair team at least for a schedule of when they will drop by and fix our issue. They cant even provide a status update every time i follow up. Its always the same apologizing for inconvenience without action. This is terrible service!
