Last July 15th I already paid for the upfront payment of Php 1,500 right after I received the text message coming from them. As per my application status it takes 10 days for us to get installed however it's already 12 days and until now I didn't received any call from them to verify and to know the schedule of installation. I know we faced a lot of challenges due to pandemic, however if you give a promise to your customers, follow them.

As per my application status it takes 10 days for us to get installed however it's already 15 days and until now I didn't received any call from them to verify and to know the schedule of installation. I know we faced a lot of challenges due to pandemic, however if you give a promise to your customers, follow them. PLEASE WE ARE WAITING

I already paid last June 19, 2020 but up until now, July 29, 2020 my internet was not yet installed.I also sent multiple emails but didn't received any feedback or update from Converge's end.
