Can you please check for me the following

I have closed down this following account : 27828748575 (phoned customer service on 25/01/2021) received confirmation sms

Now I am still receiving MMS messages about this account that is still running , it was a big story to get this account closed and yet again the service has not been delivered ! This sim card is not in use any longer as this employee does not work with me anymore !

PLEASE SET YOUR URGENT ATTENTION TO THIS AND CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT !!!! ASAP !!! I am really disappointed in your service VODACOM !!!!!
