Management of que - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I collect my chronic from clicks queenstown (Nonesi mall) monthly. The service is very slow. Every mnth I have to stand in que for over an hour to collect already packed medication. Please find a better way to manage this. It is irritating and time consuming.
