Airmax 720 Popped Bubble after 6months of casual wear. - Consumer Complaint for Nike South Africa Head Office

My right bubble popped after 6months of ownership. I contacted Nike.com who gave me the number for Nike SA JHB. I've tried calling multiple times to no avail. The automated voice keeps saying that I should call during working hours during the week. Which I did !!!! This is becoming really frustrating as I've been a loyal customer to this brand for over 10years and its really dishearting and disappointing to be treated this way. Please give me advice as to how this issue can be resolved.
