NO INTERNET - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Started our service with Converge on Aug 2020. We had 3-4 complaints due to slow speed connection. And now I have another complain due to LOS. I first raised a complaint through IVR on Nov 1, called on Nov 2 to make another complain with a Technical Support agent, called again on Nov 5 and 7 for followup. It's been a week and they still don't have any details yet for the repair schedule?!?!?! I only had the service for 4 months and it has been a nightmare.

I was previously with another Internet Provider for more than 6 years before I transferred to Converge. I never had any major issues with them and when I report some iasues, it will be fixed within 24-48 hrs. I was only convinced to transfer to Converge because of my friends and word of mouth. And now even my friends are complaining about Converge's Internet service.... slow speed, often losing signal, slow resolution, etc.

We need this Internet service fixed ASAP as we heavily rely on Internet connection for our work/business, communicate with families and friends,  to get vital information, etc.

I've read a lot of complaints about Converge's poor service and it seems Converge is  not taking it seriously.

I just got off the phone with a Converge customer care agent to file a complaint and ask to be release from the contarct with no cancellation fee but they declined my request.

If Converge cannot commit to their  customers to provide reliable Internet service then please release us from our contract with NO CANCELLATION so we can transfer to  better provider. It' NOT FAIR to us (consumers) to stay with a provider who CANNOT GIVE SERVICE.
