I would like to know what's going on; I bought a coffee table (knight mahogany) online on the 2nd July paid by credit card and the message said it will take 3-10 days, up to my suprise it is still not yet delivered and when I track it, it is not even picked up yet it's just says my order is successful. I tried all your numbers and there is no answer. I sincerely wants some answers and my money back if I cannot receive coffee table because you are not reliable the list you could do is to call a customer and let me know what is the hold up. Please get back to me before I lay my complaint to Ombudsman.
