Fibre ; Interim amount - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good morning i have phoned numerous time ; to complain about the interim amount being raised on my account which i didnt signed up for ; vodacom fave it as a free gift and now i have to pay for it
I have spoken to Wilmaree ; Waficka and Leroy at different times whom ciuld not assist me
The agent suppose to wirk on my account is Dominique but nothing has been done within a month
I would like some feedback
Im actually not sure if Dominique is working and call centre arent of any assistance
This is below zero service
I would like to continue ; but cant pay double ; if its not resolved i will have to cancel
