Pension plan claim - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

Last 3 years ago I filed claim in behalf of my brother Leo B. Mahinay and my friend Ernan Lapitan for their pension plan which was already matured. And until now I have not receive any text messages from your cebu office. Last year, almost every month I do the follow call at your office but no cheque arrived. How long we can have our claim?
