Covid regulations - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

About an hour ago I was at Pep stores Vanderbijlpark (Checkers Hyper). I was in front of the line, so this lady behind me isn't applying to social distancing, each time I try to move forward (for the appropriate distance), she keeps moving with me! I asked her to please move back because of social distance, and she shouted that I must move forward, not her problem. The manager then arrived and he only said 'O ladies keep calm....' Really. There are no board or anything for the distance between customers. And when somebody finally helps me at the till... It is - No card only cash.... I asked why, we're offline.... No sorry or anything. That was the most pathetic service and 'no covid protocols' I have ever experienced.
