Call centre is not helping me to resolve problem - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I phoned 135 call centre. I explained to Thuli that my data is disappearing. She phoned back without an answer, then saying she is transferring the call. No-one answered and the call died. The nr she used was 0822759810. I am extremely dissatisfied with this. Also, she did not listen to me and kept on talking about background running ect.

My issue: I bought 7 day 10GB on 20 March 2020 (5GB + 5GB Free option). Today 26 March 2021, around 14:00pm I checked my remaining balance on my vodacom app. The app showed there were 2.23GB left on my 7 day option and 1.77GB left on my 30 day data. Together 4 GB. The 2.23 GB to expire at 12AM 26 March. By 16:15pm on 26 March suddenly all my data (4 GB) were done!!! How is that possible. I changed NOTHING. When I calculated what I used from 20 March until 26 March, it comes to 1.1GB per day. SO, how is it possible to loose 4GB within an hour? Also, I had to buy more data and purchased again the 7 day 5GB+5GB free option at 16:30pm on 26 March. From that time until 18:24pm which is now (only 2 hours) 2.3 GB is already gone!!! I am not using anthing different than before. Urgently assist me!!!! Thank you
