BAD Service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I was hijacked during September and my phone was taken. I contacted you on the 16th September to cancel my phone. I was given an amount to pay, the email was sent while I was on the phone, paid while your consultant was on line. Please recall the call and you will hear that I asked that is this the final amount on this contract which he confirmed. I was then debited with the full amount in Oct and Nov which I queried, without joy, and then was told to send proof of payment which was done twice then I was told I must go to a vodocom shop and sent the docs which was done and still your back office staff has done nothing. I was also told that a member of management will call me and this was not done... Since then I have been on the phone at my cost to try to cancel a contract without any success Please please help.
