Kindly note that I'm very much not satisfied with the company freezing my deposit for this long. It reflects on my account but not as available funds. I rented two times with Avis. One deposit is going to 3 months now and the other to 2 months.
I was told that it takes 30 days even thou I used a cheque card. 3 months seem to be absurd.
I've sent emails with no help to your enquire desk. What am I missing?
I called my bank and they told me it should be released by avis not them.
Kindly let me know what seems to be the problem
