Paxi and store codes - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I went to pep cell Empangeni sanlam centre today to use their paxi service, the cashier who attended to me refused to help me because I didn’t know the code of the store I was sending to, as a customer how am I supposed to know the code of a pep store can’t they find it fore me was my question or rather a request. They blatantly refused and told me to call a person I’m sending the parcel to so that she goes to galleria mall and ask for their code there since I wanted to send the parcel to pep in galleria mall. I then thanked them then proceeded to a pep clothing store in the same centre where I was given a spectacular service without being asked for a store code. Those two women at pep cell should be retaught the meaning and the importance of good customer service as well as the meaning of going an extra mile for a customer. They are actually tarnishing the pep brand
