Unsuccessful online delivery - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeMy name is Thabisile Mbatha. And im soo disappointed by bad service .I did an upgrade on the 9th of march 2021 .and didn't hear anything about my upgrade. I phone them again they I must wait for someone to confirm my order.I phoned them again on the 16th march they said my phone will be delivered the the latest will be Friday 19th .On Friday they send the device to the wrong address.i phoned again they said vodacom did the mistake. This device was supposed to be my sons birthday on Saturday last week.When I phone Ram today they said they waiting for vodacom to verify change of address.And I'm tired of thing now
