Cash Back - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

i bought 3 pieces of couches cash for 26k on promotion in port elizabeth greenacres on the 26/10/2019 and i was supposed to get 3k cash back and i dont know how many times i went to that brach they always have new stories and im tired of going there anymore but i want my money. the sales person then was Melezwa Ndengu (753434)and they have all my details up to the bank details.
