I have for the last 3 weeks been trying to get hold of someone at Vodacom who is able to assist me with an issue created by Vodacom. I ordered a router which was delivered to the incorrect address 3 weeks ago , since then the unknown person has been using the data and I am being billed. I was told that a Nicole Mars ( team leader) who promised to call me but failed to do so , instead opened up another service request with the incorrect name on it.
I have no idea how to move forward with this now!
