Disrespect received from store manager - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

On the 19th of October 2020 around 17:53 I visited a Clicks pharmacy in Bloemfontein Waterfront mall to purchase some tablets that I regularly purchase there in different quantities that I prefer. Yesterday upon my arrival I was assisted by the store manager and told me that he won't sell them to me in such quantities, instead of addressing me in a polite and respectful manner he decided to raise his voice and I asked that I be addressed accordingly but he proceeded to tell me that he will address me in any way and any tone that he wanted. He should be thankful that I didn't assault him in front of his staff and customers and rest assured that it was the last time that I be addressed like that especially from someone that I was expecting something better from .
