Poor service regarding installation of a rooter after renewing my fibre contract.Ref: SR2101221-233377.
Six consultants have failed dismally to assist in this matter since 20th Feb(day of installation as per booking).
It is pathetic that all of them repeated the same thing: it has been escalated and they will give me feedback.No feedback given.
Can someone assist as i am paying for service that have not been delivered in full.

Comment I am just as disappointed. I have placed my order on 22nd of January and still no service and no communication. This is such bad service and very disappointing. I have been given the runaround with this order. Been sent from pillar to post. I have never experienced such bad service. I don't know what to do anymore. Vodacom sucks
